POSITION OVERVIEW

Join All-Natural Goodness Corp as a Coconut Matter Beauty Consultant at Watsons stores. You'll be the in-store expert for Coconut Matter products, driving sales, managing inventory, executing promotions, and building customer loyalty through consultations and personalized recommendations.

Work Schedule: Saturday & Sunday only | 8 hours/day | 16 hours/week

Employment Status: Probationary (3-6 months) followed by permanent part-time position

Location: Watsons stores (to be confirmed)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Sales & Customer Service

  • Provide personalized product consultations and recommendations
  • Conduct customer skin assessments and product demonstrations
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (₱11,000)
  • Build positive customer relationships and increase repeat purchases

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Maintain adequate product stock and shelf availability
  • Organize attractive, well-maintained displays
  • Execute all promotional pricing and point-of-sale activities
  • Monitor and report inventory discrepancies

Customer Data & Loyalty

  • Collect customer information (name, phone, email, skin type)
  • Build a database of loyal customers with purchase history
  • Invite customers to follow Watsons' Instagram & TikTok pages
  • Report customer insights to Store Manager and Marketing Team

Store Operations

  • Maintain professional appearance and workspace cleanliness
  • Handle cash and payment processing accurately
  • Support store operations and backup cashier duties as needed
  • Comply with all health, safety, and company policies

QUALIFICATIONS


• High school graduate minimum

• No prior beauty experience required—training provided

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Basic computer/data entry skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (ALL-IN)

Base Salary:


• ₱1,450/day (Saturday & Sunday)

• ₱11,600/month (8 working days)

Monthly Allowances (Guaranteed):


• Transportation: ₱500

• Mobile/Communication: ₱200


• Subtotal: ₱700

Performance Incentive (Monthly):


• 100% Sales Target (₱100,000): +₱150 bonus

• 120% Sales Target (₱120,000+): +₱400 bonus

TOTAL MONTHLY EARNINGS (All-In):

120% Target ₱12,700

• Monthly Sales Target (Per Store): ₱100,000 in Coconut Matter products

• Customer Database: Minimum 50 new records/month

• Attendance: 95%+ attendance rate

• Inventory Accuracy: 98%+ stock levels maintained
