Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our technology products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B tech sales, experience managing teams, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape, including SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and its sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
