Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and building relationships with clients. The role requires the candidate to work from our office in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, providing training and support to the sales team, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer relationship management and client-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
