The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the sales targets of the assigned group and managing the performance and development of Sales Engineers. This role ensures the effective implementation of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and team leadership to drive overall business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Preferably with sales experience in industrial equipment, appliances, or technical solutions.
  • Strong goal orientation with excellent strategic planning, leadership, and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes sales strategies and targets to achieve company objectives.
  • Plans and implements initiatives to generate targeted sales volume, ensuring department efficiency.
  • Reviews and analyzes pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
  • Oversees promotional and advertising activities as part of the sales program.
  • Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Recruits, trains, and manages sales personnel to effectively cover existing and potential accounts.
  • Provides coaching and ensures continuous training and development of the sales team.
  • Coordinates with other departments regarding credit and collection matters.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php55, Php70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
