Marketing Assistant (Hybrid – On-Site & WFH)

Location:

Paranaque (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)



As a Marketing Assistant, you'll help shape Dropt's brand image and online presence. You'll create engaging content, manage social media channels, and support campaigns that connect our luxury products with the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms (including "when worn" and lifestyle photography)
  • Write compelling captions and product stories that reflect the Dropt brand
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, live selling events, and showroom launches
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages/inquiries
  • Coordinate with the founder and sales team to align marketing with ongoing promotions and inventory
  • Track and report on campaign performance and audience growth

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (luxury/fashion background is a plus)
  • Creative eye for photography and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms, Canva or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Filipino)
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Passionate about luxury, fashion, and digital trends
  • Willing to work on-site in Paranaque three days a week and remotely two days a week

Work Schedule:

  • On-site: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9am–5pm)
  • WFH: Tuesday, Thursday (9am–5pm)
