QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of any 4 yr course;

  • At least three (3) years experience in Creatives, Branding/Marketing in a Media/ Advertising Company

  • Okay for hybrid schedule: 4-5 days Work From Home and 1-2 days On-Site per week

MAIN DELIVERABLES:

- Creative briefs for brands, campaigns, and productions

- Copywriting (copy in visuals, post captions, website copy, scripts, etc.)

- Project proposals or pitch decks

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and articulate the brand's creative vision, identity, and storytelling direction across all initiatives.

- Write copy across different media & platforms (social media, print, website, scripts, etc.)

  • Lead the conceptualization of campaigns, collaborations, and experiences that elevate brand equity.

  • Provide creative guidance to marketing, design, and production teams to ensure all outputs align with the brand's vision.

  • Partner with the Head of Strategy to ensure creative direction is translated into actionable, measurable strategies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by advising on brand priorities, positioning, and overall creative opportunities.
  • Safeguard the consistency and coherence of the brand across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Champion innovation by bringing in fresh, culturally relevant ideas that strengthen brand presence and relevance.
  • Oversee the development of creative experiences that foster meaningful audience engagement and long-term loyalty.
  • Ensure that the brand's creative and experiential outputs remain aligned with business objectives and evolving client needs.
  • Act as the guardian of the brand's wellness, ensuring its integrity, distinctiveness, and growth potential across all platforms.
