Overview:

The Company is a specialist digital agency with deep expertise in healthcare and life sciences. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Lead to ensure creative quality, consistency, and efficiency across digital advertising campaigns for our client partnership projects.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on design ability with strong leadership, communication,and quality assurance skills. You'll work closely with project managers, QA specialists, and developers to maintain high standards across all creative outputs while guiding offshore designers and ensuring delivery on time and to the brief.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative execution and quality assurance across a range of digital advertising formats, including:

o   Static, HTML5, and dynamic banners

o   Social media ads

o   Short-form videos and animations

  • Work hands-on in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite to review, refine, and finalize designs.
  • Ensure brand integrity and consistency across multiple markets within trans creation workflows.
  • Review and interpret client feedback accurately, providing clear rationale when challenging requests that conflict with brand or creative guidelines.
  • Support project managers by setting priorities, clarifying requirements, and ensuring creative milestones are met.
  • Collaborate effectively with QA and development teams to ensure seamless asset delivery and technical compliance.
  • Provide creative guidance and mentorship to offshore designers, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation that supports efficiency and scalability across projects.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in digital design or creative production, ideally within an agency or global brand environment.
  • Proven experience creating and leading digital advertising assets (static, HTML5, dynamic, video, and social).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, digital advertising best practices, and responsive layout principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal English — able to interpret nuanced client feedback and documentation.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple deliverables at once.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating across time zones.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
