JOB SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of HR activities with focus on end-to-end Recruitment process.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in the end-to-end recruitment process (manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing and screening of applicants, conducting initial interview, endorsement of candidate for final interview, onboarding and orientation).
  • Assists in maintaining Company authorized job portals for job advertisement
  • Assists in facilitating HR recruitment documents such as the job offer and employment contract; checks for correctness and completion of pre-employment requirements;
  • Assists in enrolling new employee/s: ATM card application and Philhealth membership; Coordinates existing loan from previous employer to current for deduction with the HR Officer.
  • Assists in coordinating travel requirements for hired Field Engineers from different provinces (from flight request up to travel from airport up to the office). Coordinates the accommodation facility of the Field Engineer-Trainees and facilitates payment.
  • Assists in monitoring return schedule of Field Engineer-Trainees back to area of assignment after training period.
  • Assists in maintains recruitment records such as applications and resumes
  • Introduce and tours new employee in the office
  • Manages the employee's 201 File
  • Helps in maintaining confidential human resources information
  • Assists in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
  • Does any HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Social Science courses. Graduate of BS Psychology is an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and graphic design tools
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be organize, efficient and approachable
  • Amenable to work on-site in Bagong Ilog, Pasig
