Qualifications & experience

Vocational diploma, short course certificate or bachelor's degree in any field

With at least 1 year work experience in direct selling, retailing, merchandising, networking, or telco.

With work experience in recruiting, training and people management is an advantage.

Must be willing to undergo a six-week management training program.

Customer-oriented, Sales-driven, and highly motivated individual.

Have a passion for travel or field work.

Tasks & responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management

  2. Cash Management

  3. Branch Management
  4. Systems Management
  5. Repeat Purchase Order (RPO)
  6. Dealer Management
  7. Leadership and Management

  8. Other tasks

  9. Cofacilitates mission calls focusing on overall branch operations.

  10. Receives calls from dealers regarding orders, promo inquiries, product availability, concerns, and complaints.
  11. Performs relieving functions related to branch operations as needed.
  12. Coordinates with other units as the representative of the branch and provides data and information as requested.
  13. Represents the company for dispute settlement meetings (e.g. small claims at barangay level).
  14. Performs other branch operations tasks and/ or activities as needed.
