Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell light-duty trucks to individual and corporate clients.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned Monthly Quota as set by management.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, online marketing, and field visits.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and financing options to clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, finalize transactions, and ensure timely completion of documentation.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the service department regarding client requests, truck releases, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all dealings.
  • Record all client communications, transactions, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of truck specifications, financing options, and competitors' products.
  • Adhere to all company sales policies, ethical standards, and performance guidelines.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all external dealings.
  • Attend training, marketing events, and trade shows as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 6 months – 2 years of sales experience in the automotive, trucking, or related industry.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive specifications and commercial truck.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number of light-duty truck units sold per month.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback ratings.
  • Client retention and referral rate.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports and documentation.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based and fieldwork environment.
  • May require travel to client sites and dealerships.
