Light-Duty Truck Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell light-duty trucks to individual and corporate clients.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly quota as set by management.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, online marketing, and field visits.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and financing options to clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, finalize transactions, and ensure timely completion of documentation.

  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.

  • Coordinate with the service department regarding client requests, truck releases, and warranty claims.

  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all dealings.

  • Record all client communications, transactions, and follow-ups in the sales system.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of truck specifications, financing options, and competitors' products

  • Adhere to all company sales policies, ethical standards, and performance guidelines.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all external dealings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 6 months – 2 years of sales experience in the automotive, trucking, or related industry

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive specifications and commercial truck.
