Position Overview:

The Warehouse Staff will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily warehouse functions. This includes receiving, organizing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with order fulfillment. The role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper labeling and categorization of all goods in the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory records.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Pick and pack orders based on customer or store requirements.
  • Ensure that all orders are correctly packed and prepared for delivery.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that products are handled safely.

Warehouse Organization:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
  • Keep the warehouse shelves and storage areas well-stocked and tidy.
  • Organize goods in accordance with company procedures to optimize storage space and streamline order fulfillment.

Quality Control:

  • Check products for damage or discrepancies before packing and shipping.
  • Ensure that all goods meet company standards and customer requirements.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in any other warehouse-related tasks as directed by the Operations and Sales Team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage, but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
