Pricing Officer

Location: Taguig City (Barangay Palingon-Tipas)

Work Setup: Full Onsite | Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

The Pricing Officer plays a key role in supporting business performance through effective pricing management, sales data analysis, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate, data-driven insights that enhance profitability and strategic decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Analysis & Reporting

  • Design and generate regular sales and revenue reports, including:
  • Daily Sales Dashboard
  • Monthly Sales Report
  • Detailed Sales Variance Analysis
  • Sales & Gross Margin Analysis
  • Monthly Sales Trend Reports
  • Prepare specialized business reports such as:
  • TM Concrete Sales, Volume & Margin Report
  • TM Industry Sales & Margin Report
  • Cross-Selling Report
  • Key Project Management Reports
  • Generate ad hoc reports requested by Sales Group Heads, Finance, or Management for business reviews, performance tracking, and special projects.
  • Lead data collection and synthesis for budgeting, forecasting, and margin projection activities (e.g., sales bridge, rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and seasonal projections).
  • Conduct analytical assessments to identify trends and patterns affecting sales revenue, margins, customer segments, and product performance.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market insights and guide them in completing budgeting and forecasting templates.

Pricing Generation & Maintenance

  • Facilitate the annual pricing review by gathering and analyzing relevant financial, sales, and costing data.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Costing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Manage end-to-end pricing requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Generate and maintain control reports such as:
  • Price Effect Reports
  • Pricing Initiatives Progress Reports
  • Price Waterfall and Competitiveness Analysis
  • Maintain updated pricing records in systems such as Microsoft AX, Salesforce Pricebook, and internal/external price lists.
  • Track and update competitor pricing data to support strategic decision-making and price positioning.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Pricing Committee on pricing strategies, improvements, and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Data Science, or other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, financial reporting, pricing, or commercial finance.
  • Strong analytical background with proven ability to interpret financial and market data.
  • Experience in developing sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
  • Exposure to market trends and commercial aspects of business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other business analytics tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft AX and Salesforce systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder communication.
