Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of VERA. Dental Clinic. This role oversees the Patient Care Relations Coordinator (CSRs) and branch sales supervisor (in coordination with Operations Manager), ensures patient inquiries are converted into appointments, drives branch sales targets, and aligns sales strategies with the clinic's overall growth and brand objectives. The Sales Manager also serves as the primary handler for escalated patient concerns and plays a key role in marketing coordination and lead management.

Key Responsibilities

CSR & Sales Leadership


• Supervise, train, and mentor all CSRs across branches.


• Ensure CSRs follow clinic policies, sales protocols, and service excellence standards.


• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals per branch.


• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.

Marketing Coordination


• Oversee CSR management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram etc.).


• Approve social media promotions in coordination with the Marketing Department/Graphic Artist.


• Monitor online response quality, tone, and timeliness to ensure professional patient engagement.


• Implement strategies for faster response and improved lead conversion.

Lead Conversion & Sales Growth


• Handle high-value leads and sensitive patient inquiries personally.


• Develop lead management systems and sales pipelines for efficient follow-up.


• Ensure maximized conversion rates from inquiries to appointments and treatments.


• Analyze sales reports and patient trends to strategize for growth.

Escalation & Patient Experience


• Act as the main contact for escalated patient concerns (pricing disputes, service dissatisfaction, online complaints).


• Resolve conflicts in a professional and patient-centered manner.


• Work closely with branch supervisors and dentists to maintain service quality and patient trust.

Collaboration & Reporting


• Work closely with the Marketing, Clinical and Operations Departments to align strategies.


• Provide regular reports on sales performance, CSR productivity, and patient conversion metrics.


• Recommend promotions, packages, or new sales strategies to increase clinic revenue.

Qualifications


• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.


• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry).


• Strong background in sales leadership, digital engagement, and patient/customer service.


• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.


• Proficient in CRM tools, social media management, and MS Office.


• Results-driven, patient-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
