Job Summary

The Technical Sales Associate is responsible for assisting walk-in clients in-store, understanding their technical requirements, and providing appropriate product recommendations and quotations. The role focuses on customer engagement, basic technical support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable product or service recommendations.
  • Prepare and provide quotations based on client requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to enhance strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, Technical and Purchasing to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Research and analyze quotation requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are gathered and compiled accurately.
  • Ensure all required documents and information for quotations and sales are properly gathered and organized.
  • Generate Sales Order in system and tracker.
  • Performs additional tasks that are related to the department.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering)
  • Knowledgeable in a specific industry (e.g., software, electronics, engineering) is a must
  • Knowledgeable in GPPB and PhilGEPS is a plus
  • Ability to understand and explain basic technical concepts clearly to clients.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and terminologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-store environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
