About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Engineer to join our project-based team at Digicore Integrated IT Solution' in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and implementing IT solutions to help our clients achieve their business objectives.

Projects will vary in duration depending on client requirements and scope of work.

What you'll be doing

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients in a timely manner
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software
  • Experience with various IT systems and platforms is essential for successful implementation and maintenance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions
  • Document technical processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Relevant technical certification or degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required for this position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools is sufficient for this role
