Hiring: Sales Associate

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Minimum 1yr sales experience

*At least college level

*Amenable to work Mon-Sat 9-6pm

Job Description:

Sales & Customer Engagement

Ø Greet, engage, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Ø Conduct daily client follow-ups through phone calls and maintain a detailed call activity log.

Ø Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions (e.g., printers, consumables, peripherals).

Ø Conduct product presentations, demos, and provide accurate information on features, pricing, promotions, and warranties.

Ø Prepare and follow up on quotations, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Ø Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly and professionally.

Content Creation & Marketing Support

Ø Develop engaging content for social media, product brochures, sales decks, and marketing campaigns.

Ø Create stories, testimonials, and product highlights that support sales objectives and brand positioning.

Ø Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with seasonal promotions, events, and product launches.

Ø Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimized campaigns.

Ø Monitor content engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management

Ø Maintain accurate client records and track sales activities in CRM or database systems.

Ø Follow up with customers to build trust, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Ø Deliver personalized communication and content that enhance customer loyalty.

Operational & Team Support

Ø Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately.

Ø Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and technical teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Ø Support trade shows, branch events, and promotions with both sales activities and marketing materials.

Ø Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and content planning discussions.

Ø Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
