The Tax Compliance Specialist is responsible for performing simple to moderately complex Tax activities and performs analytical processes. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships while delivering a mix of compliance, tax advisory, and business support services.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (income tax, VAT, etc.)
  • Conduct internal reviews and audits of tax records
  • Provide guidance on tax-related matters
  • preparation of tax reporting
  • Mentor junior staff in tax best practices
  • Partner with clients as a trusted adviser, helping them navigate both day-to-day compliance and long-term business strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience in different tax (Income Tax, Value-Added Tax. Withholding

tax expanded, Withholding tax - Compensation, Percentage Tax)
- Computation and Submission of VAT and VAT claims.
- E-Sub Submission of Summary List of Sales, Purchases and Importation. (SLSPI),

Quarterly list of Payee (QAP), Summary of Alpha list of Withholding Taxes(SAWT), and

Certificate of Employment (BIR2316)
- Recording monthly transaction such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare reports such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Etc.

Job Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years in end to end tax compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in tax software and digital tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to compliance and accuracy
