Role Summary:

This role focuses on building automated workflows using n8n and to extract data from the internet, process and analyse it with AI (Claude), and push the results to external systems via APIs. You will design intelligent workflows that leverage Claude's capabilities to make sense of unstructured data, then route processed outputs to the appropriate destinations. This is an operationally focused position suited to someone who enjoys connecting systems and optimising data flows without requiring deep coding expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage automated workflows in n8n and that extract data from web sources, APIs, and online platforms.
  • Configure Claude integrations to process, analyse, and transform raw data into structured, actionable insights within automated workflows .
  • Set up API connections to push processed results from Claude back into business systems (CRMs, databases, project management tools, communication platforms)
  • Monitor end-to-end workflow performance from data extraction through AI processing to final delivery, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Document workflow logic, create process guides, and optimise automation efficiency to reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience building and managing workflows in n8n and/or with strong understanding of their automation capabilities and data flow logic
  • Hands-on experience integrating Claude or similar AI models into workflows for data analysis, content processing, and intelligent transformation .
  • Comfortable working with API connections, webhooks, and data mapping to extract information from sources and push results to destinations .
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot data flow issues, API errors, and workflow failures.
  • Technical aptitude to understand data structures (JSON, CSV) and configure transformations without requiring coding expertise.
  • Familiarity with common web data sources and business platforms typically integrated in automation workflows.
