AI Solutions Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions across enterprise systems and workflows. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent automation, conversational agents, and AI-powered workflows that enhance operational efficiency and enable business growth.

Core Responsibilities:

AI Solution Design & Implementation

• Identify and assess opportunities to apply AI-powered capabilities across systems, workflows, and user journeys.
• Design and prototype intelligent workflows using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and related agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Integrate AI into enterprise platforms (e.g., LMS, CRM, SharePoint, Teams, internal portals) via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate).
• Build and optimize conversational agents, document processors, and summarization flows to improve automation and efficiency.
• Conduct prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and validation to maximize AI accuracy, relevance, and reliability while mitigating hallucination risks.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to design, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications to ensure alignment with company strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Define and track performance metrics (accuracy, latency, reliability, cost) to evaluate AI solution effectiveness.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and API usage for cost-effectiveness and stability.
• Document solution architecture, workflows, and implementation guides to enable knowledge sharing and reuse.
• Coordinate effectively across global time zones to ensure consistent delivery of AI initiatives.

Research, Innovation & Enablement

• Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to expand capabilities and maintain industry awareness.
• Contribute to internal AI tools libraries and implementation playbooks for standardized, scalable solutions.
• Develop demos, tutorials, and training materials to support non-technical teams in adopting AI responsibly and effectively.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure AI integrations and automations comply with data privacy, information security, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to design secure data flows, manage permissions, and mitigate AI-related risks.
• Support responsible AI adoption by monitoring accuracy, data handling, and compliance with global regulations.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or automation-focused roles.
• Proven expertise in API integration, workflow automation, or deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM APIs).
• Experience with M365 and Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of secure API development, authentication protocols, and responsible AI practices.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms, scripting (Python or JavaScript), and cloud-based SaaS tools.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and design user-centric solutions.

Pay: Php110, Php150,000.00 per month
