Executive Operations is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to help build and scale our next‑generation AI‑enabled digital workforce. In this role, you will design, integrate, and optimize automation solutions across business units, enabling seamless collaboration between human teams and AI agents. This is a key position for driving operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement automation strategies using AI tools, RPA platforms, and workflow engines. Integrate AI models and agentic workflows into processes across HR, IT, finance, security, and customer operations. Build AI‑powered automations using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, ServiceNow, Make, Zapier, or equivalent. Map, redesign, and optimize business processes for automation (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Monitor, measure, and optimize AI + automation performance to increase efficiency and ROI. Ensure human–AI collaboration by designing safe, transparent, and effective human‑in‑the‑loop workflows. Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into automation solutions. Maintain compliance with global standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and emerging AI governance guidelines. Lead enablement and training sessions to help teams adopt and leverage AI‑driven tools. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in automation, AI adoption, digital workforce transformation, or enterprise workflow engineering. Hands‑on expertise with UiPath, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or similar automation/RPA tools. Experience integrating AI tools, large language models, copilots, or agentic systems into business workflows. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, risk management, and secure automation practices. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly solutions. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications such as UiPath Certified Professional, AI in Business, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform Certs are a plus.
