Remote Automation/AI Developer

The role:

You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of our solutions. This means you will design, build, and maintain production-grade automations and AI systems across a diverse range of client environments. You'll blend hands-on Python engineering with n8n orchestration, leveraging the Google ecosystem to deliver real business impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Automations & Integrations: Design n8n (primary) workflows; integrate CRMs/PM tools/ERPs/accounting; implement retries, idempotency, alerts, and runbooks.
  • AI Solutions: Build agents, RAG search, document QA, summarization, and routing; evaluate prompts/tools; add guardrails and usage analytics.
  • Python Services: Ship Fast API microservices, background jobs, schedulers; package/version; instrument logs/metrics/traces; CI/CD.
  • Data & Analytics: Model clean data sets; support Power BI dashboards and scheduled refreshes.
  • Security & Governance: Manage secrets, least-privilege, PII handling; document data flows.
  • Consulting & Enablement: Join client calls, translate business needs to technical plans, communicate trade-offs; deliver SOPs and short how-to videos.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Brief → production cycle time
  • Hours/$ saved per automation (tracked)
  • Defect rate/MTTR and alert coverage
  • Adoption (active users, throughput) + sponsor NPS
  • Documentation completeness (diagram + SOP per deliverable)

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years with Python (FastAPI/Flask, asyncio, typing, packaging).
  • Production n8n (or Make/Zapier/Power Automate) with error handling & observability.
  • AI engineering: function/tool use, embeddings/vector stores, evaluation basics; OpenAI/Azure OpenAI; one agent framework (LangChain/LlamaIndex/AutoGen/CrewAI).
  • APIs & Data: REST/GraphQL, OAuth2, pagination/rate limits; SQL (Postgres/MySQL); ETL patterns.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, IaC basics; deploy to Azure or AWS.
  • Microsoft ecosystem familiarity (Power Automate, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Power BI).
  • Client-facing communication and crisp technical writing.

Nice to Have:

  • Twilio/O365/Gmail APIs; document parsing
  • OCR; pgvector/Pinecone; basic React.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php440.00 per hour
