Client Overview:
Clint is the managing partner of an amazing landscaping company. He is looking for an equally amazing unicorn to handle customer service and shipping so he can stay in his zone of genius
Client Requirements:
- Must be able to work 8am-4pm Central Time (US)
- Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
- Must have experience with customer support or a similar role
- Must be familiar with managing orders and shipping
- Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to talk to people via phone calls
- Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
- Must be super organized
- Must be excited about the company's products (if you like bird watching, having your own flower patch, and enjoy visiting botanical gardens, this role is for you)
Software tools used by the client:
- Canva
- Email (Gmail), chat, and phone call platforms
- Order system (Shopify)
- Email and social media scheduling tools
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Customer Service:
- Handle phone calls with complex product inquiries
- Respond to emails and chats
- Manage claims
- Create and manage discount codes
Order, Shipping, and Fulfillment:
- Create and approve BOLs (Bills of Lading)
- Process new orders and approve Fountain order drafts as needed
Sales and Admin:
- Generate quotes
- Keep SOPs current and suggest process improvements for speed and clarity
- Post lifestyle photos
- Shadow their current VAs' tasks and processes for training
Marketing Support:
- Assist with Email newsletters
- Send texts to Abandoned Checkouts
- Assist with social media posting
Long-Term projects:
- Add new products using Canva and Shopify
- Update prices for 2026
