Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns, showcasing a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and resolving technical issues they may encounter.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.
  • Update customer records and communicate feedback or trends to relevant departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Must be available to engage through WhatsApp chat.
