Overview

The Title Processor & Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. This role involves handling titles from various sources, responding to customer inquiries, minimizing rejections, and conducting thorough quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity across multiple systems. A strong background in Quality Assurance (QA), compliance, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures is essential.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 30,000+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates and depend on performance during the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently, adhering to SLA (3 business days end-to-end process) and aiming for a minimum of 15 titles per day.
  • Manage title work from mail, email, and customer portals, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Minimize title rejections by following established procedures and keeping up to date with regulatory changes.
  • Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple systems.
  • Identify, document, and report data discrepancies or compliance issues.
  • Maintain and update internal "cheat sheets" with the latest process and compliance requirements.
  • Generate QA reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure all title processing activities remain compliant.
  • Learn and utilize multiple software systems as part of daily operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA), compliance, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Strong understanding of title processing and related regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and databases.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with DMV regulations and title processing procedures (preferred but not required).
