As a Reserve Pool Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail banking operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience across our branch network. What you'll be doing

  1. Provide coverage and support for various roles within the branch, including teller, customer service, and sales, as needed
  2. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to internal policies and procedures
  3. Contribute to the implementation of branch initiatives, sales targets, and customer service standards
  4. Collaborate with branch managers and teams to identify and address operational challenges
  5. Participate in regular training and development programmes to enhance your banking expertise
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong relationships with our valued clients

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a retail banking or customer service role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  4. Proficient in using banking software and technologies
  5. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
