Position Overview

The Part-Time Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and support sales and operational activities. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in account management, and the ability to use CRM tools like Pipedrive. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, understands sales processes, and can liaise effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in real estate is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Use Pipedrive to manage sales pipelines, client interactions, and account progress.
  • Support sales efforts through lead follow-up, pipeline updates, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Utilize ChatGPT andAI automation tools to streamline communication and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Liaise with real estate professionals, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records and prepare regular updates or reports.
  • Work independently while maintaining clear and timely communication with the team.
