We Are looking for a SCHOOL DEAN:

Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of undergraduate programs in Marketing.
  • Ensure academic quality in accordance with the institutional policies and accreditation standards. Promote innovation in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment that aligns with current and emerging trends in marketing and business education.
  • Lead the formulation and execution plans of the Marketing department in alignment with the broader mission and goals of the School of Business and the university. Identify opportunities for program expansion, including the development of new concentrations, certificates, or interdisciplinary initiatives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, appointment, evaluation, and profession development of faculty and staff within the Marketing division.
  • Foster a student-centered culture focused on academic excellence, retention, career preparation, and lifelong learning.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the School of Business - Marketing, strengthening its reputation and visibility at the local, national, and international levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctorate (Ph.D.,DBA) in marketing or a closely related discipline
  • A distinguished academic record commensurate with the rank of full professor and eligibility for tenure
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive academic leadership experience within a higher education setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with academic program development, accreditation processes, and faculty governance.
