We are seeking a qualified candidate to teach graduate-level courses in Public Administration and related fields. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellence in advanced instruction, curriculum design, and scholarly research with strong community impact. Job Responsibilities Teach graduate-level courses in Public Administration and related fields Develop innovative syllabi and pursue original and policy-relevant research with community impact Participate in the University’s governance and public service initiatives Provide academic advising and mentorship to graduate students Qualifications At least a Master’s degree in Public Administration or a closely related discipline (Doctorate preferred) At least two years of distinguished graduate- or upper-level college teaching experience Demonstrated expertise in governance, public policy, public sector management, or related areas of administrative practice and research Industry experience in government and/or public service is an advantage Evidence of research productivity and active involvement in community development or policy-oriented projects Requirements Updated CV highlighting the applicant’s qualifications in the role and discipline specified Letter of Intent addressed to the Dean, School of Governance and Public Service, Southwestern University PHINMA Benefits 13th Month Pay HMO Employee Discount, Free Meals, Parking Space, Pet Friendly Workplace Employee Assistance Program, Scholarship Program Birthday Leave, Maternity & Paternity Leave, Sick Leave, Vacation Leave Working Location On-site - Cebu Note: If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
