About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team at City Savings Bank in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting legal research and analysis to support the work of our lawyers
  2. Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court filings
  3. Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical legal files and records
  4. Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing deadlines
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the timely delivery of legal services
  6. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role
  2. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities
  4. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with legal procedures and court systems
