We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic finance
team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily
administrative activities within the office, supporting our maintenance team, and interacting with customers.

Job Qualifications

Responsibilities:

The day-to-day scheduling of jobs and the coordination of our maintenance team.
Phone calls and emails
Invoicing & reporting
Placing orders with suppliers
Organizing and managing jobs with detail and accuracy
Ensuring customer enquiries are resolved promptly
Aged receivables
General Office duties

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and general administrative skills
High organization with the ability to multitask and prioritize with accuracy
Confident, friendly telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
Ability to easily build rapport and establish trust with clients
Willingness to learn, and demonstrate initiative
Previous experience in the Plumbing Industry, Administration or Property Management
regarded
Strong knowledge in computer applications such as: Job Management, Microsoft Office,
Outlook and Excel
Punctual, reliable and hard working
