Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Administration, Management, or related fields (Master's units/degree is an advantage)
  • Preferably with experience in administrative work, operations, or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to coordinate with various offices and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of basic procurement, logistics, or facilities management is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director for Admin Services in overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the College
  • Coordinate with departments regarding operational needs, requests, and service concerns
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and administrative systems
  • Oversee office logistics, supplies, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining facilities, equipment, and campus services
  • Help facilitate procurement processes and coordination with the Purchasing Unit
  • Handle communication, routing of documents, preparation of reports, and filing of administrative records
  • Ensure that all administrative activities align with institutional standards and timelines
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Director for Admin Services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
