Job Analysis and Posting:

  • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates, including networking, job fairs, and online sourcing.
  • Explore online job platforms for potential new sourcing platforms

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings/on-site screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with HR team members to ensure alignment with overall HR goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and trends for management review.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure the monitoring and updating of all documentation involved in all process of HR services such as 201 files. Prepare and present reports to clients on HR initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
