About the Role

As a Junior Accountant, you will play an important role in managing and preparing tax compliance matters while handling a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax-related tasks
  • Preparation of Trial Balance, Financial Statements, Trust Distribution Minutes, and Tax Returns
  • GST and BAS/IAS reconciliation
  • FBT preparation
  • Interim management reports
  • Audit support
  • Handling phone calls and email queries from international clients/counterparts
  • Assisting in managing Jobflow to ensure timely completion of tasks

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fairview, Quezon City.

About the Candidate:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy
  • Background and experience in local tax accounting (preferred)
  • Experience in international accounting (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (shortcuts, formulas, and data handling)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience using Xero, XPM, or MYOB is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site in Fairview, Quezon City
