We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our President and Vice President. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has the professionalism to handle sensitive information with discretion.
What You'll Do.
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees and executives
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software.
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Provide general administrative support.
- Performs other functions and similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow through on action items.
- Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Use advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Assist with HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and support staff.
Handle administrative and special projects assigned by senior leadership
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Professional, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on-site in Las Piñas City.
