Job Description

We are looking for a Production Assistant who will support our events team in ensuring smooth planning, set-up, and execution of projects. The role requires someone hands-on, resourceful, and detail-oriented—with a strong passion for events and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events, festivals, and activations.

  • Support the production team with logistics, sourcing of materials, props, and suppliers.

  • Oversee fabrication requirements, set-up, and dismantling of event installations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, inventory, and budget monitoring.

  • Provide overall assistance to the Project Manager/Production Head.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not required).

  • Experience in events, production, or fabrication is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
