Sales & Service Support

  1. Prepares materials such as brochures, company profile and other materials needed for sales presentations

  2. Monitors inventory and stocks of local accessories for Olympus product accessories such as led light, ring light, inker, monitor, CPU, etc. and replenishes such as needed

Accounting Support

  1. Monitors Customer Purchase Order Summary and submits them to the Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant and/or the Accounting Department for consolidation

  2. Prepares, monitors & files Sales Invoices issued to customers for billing and collection purposes

  3. Prepares, monitors & files Delivery Receipts to track units released by the company to the customers

  4. Generates Statement of Account for billing and collection purposes and sends such to respective customers due for payment

  5. Prepares checks for the company and picks up account receivables as advised by the customers

  6. Executes bank transactions such as deposits, payments & etc. for the company as advised Tracks all cash advances, liquidations and reimbursements filed by employees and submits them to the accounting department

Administration & Clerics

  1. Attends purchasing matters such as sourcing of materials from suppliers and processing of purchase requisitions.

  2. Prepares and processes Company ID, Calling cards and uniforms

  3. Prepares and monitors all related documents for permits, licensing, bidding and accreditation purposes for both private and government entities

  4. Collects and monitors PEZA Certificates BIR Form 2307 from customers for monitoring

  5. Prepares all necessary logistics for product road shows Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses

  6. Performs other tasks assigned from time to time
