Deputy Manager – Training (Insurance or Travel LOB)

Location: Bridgetowne / Eastwood (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Deputy Training Manager to lead and oversee training operations for our client's Insurance or Travel line of business. This role is ideal for a training professional with strong leadership, analytical, and performance management expertise in a BPO setting.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3–5 years of BPO experience in Training Management or equivalent leadership roles
  • Proven background handling Insurance or Travel LOBs
  • Strong experience in coaching, performance evaluation, and curriculum design
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne or Eastwood

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
