About the role

At Square Pharmaceutical, Inc', we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Operator to join our team in Carmona Cavite. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our pharmaceutical products.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient manufacturing of our products
  • Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process to maintain the highest standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the production process
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any production-related issues

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to operate a variety of production equipment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Atleast High School graduate
