
Admin Supervisor

The Workplace Supervisor provides a pro-active, efficient, and effective workplace operations / management and health, safety, and security service in the site, ensuring high standards are maintained to enhance the customer and employee experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assisting the site in project management, cost optimization, contracts management and implementing business expansion plans.
- Responsible for the workplace management of the site, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and resolution of issues quickly and effectively to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for customers and employees
- Liaise with the Site Director and PH HR Director, providing proposals for all existing and new facilities contracts, in order that consistency is achieved, and budget and expenditure is managed.
- Develop and communicate workplace management "Best Practice" and continue to look for new initiatives and changes to develop the business, protect the asset and optimize costs.
- Develop, implement, and review risk management and disaster recovery policies and procedures to ensure the continuing safety and protection of the site and its employees.
- Meet regularly with contractors, such as housekeeping, security and vendors, to ensure standards are maintained to protect the company assets.
- Develop and maintain close working relations with site leaders to facilitate the flow of information and ensure that maintenance requirements and store fittings are managed proactively and effectively.
- Ensure that the Security Team's smooth running of day-to-day operations, developing and implementing processes and coordinating risk assessment.
- Organize fire training, drill practice and first aid requirements for the site in partnership with Site HR, in order to ensure employees are fully conversant with procedures and that health and safety and environmental issues are managed correctly and in compliance with the statutory requirements.
- Keep current in relevant health and safety, fire and building regulations, ensuring implementation and monitoring of regulations.
- Recruit, manage, motivate, and develop direct reports to ensure that they achieve their potential and that their performance contributes to the achievement of business objectives.
- Manage the workplace budget and contribute to the annual and business plans for the site to ensure cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance and timely filing of PEZA and other government and international compliance
- Assist in site events and employee programs.
- Other jobs as may be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Educated to Degree qualification and or relevant Facilities and Administration qualification preferred
- Proven Workplace management experience essential
- Retail experience is desirable
- Relevant Health and Safety qualifications
- Customer service experience and sound judgment
- Team management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Willing to work in Bacolod
- Must be flexible in working different shifts especially graveyard
