DISPATCH TECHNICAL ADMIN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Allocating field operations technicians and Subcon's team to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.

2. Dispatching, Dispatch, Job orders, Trouble Tickets, Add-on, services

3. Relaying information such as Job orders, Trouble tickets or other messages to and from field operations technicians and Subcons and Sales Admin

4. Coordination with partners, Dispatch, Admin or Representative to resolve problems & address other Operations/Dispatch concerns.

5. Preparing daily work such as schedule of deployments for in-house teams.

6. Monitoring and Tracking Job Order and Trouble tickets for Field operations technicians or Job Order and Trouble tickets from sales channel and Business Center

7. Assist requests of Field Operation Technicians and Subcons for change NAP, Activation and other concerns.

8. . Keeping, organizing, and preparing reports for Job order, Trouble tickets, customer requests, completed Job order requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.

8.1: Update Master files daily and other Monitoring Sheets.

8.2: Prepare the daily EOP & Job Order assigned of the F.E.

8.3: Email activated job orders for documentation purposes necessary for accessible checking of other departments such as Q.A, warehouse finance & sales.

8.4: Create reports for Monthly performance of the In house F.E SLI & SLR as well as the Partner's output.

9. To perform other functions that might be requested by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
