Job Description
This exciting part-time role offers the opportunity to have a measurable impact on a global real estate company's digital marketing efforts. You'll be creating compelling landing pages and optimizing digital campaigns that reach international audiences across multiple markets. Working with modern platforms like HubSpot, you'll contribute to marketing initiatives that drive real business growth while collaborating with a dynamic team spread across four countries. This position is perfect for a marketing professional who wants flexibility while working with the latest digital marketing tools and strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build high-converting landing pages using HubSpot and other leading marketing platforms
  • Create customized landing pages for multiple international office locations across four different markets
  • Analyze website performance metrics and implement conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Monitor traffic patterns, user behavior, and landing page effectiveness across various campaigns
  • Support diverse marketing initiatives targeting different international audiences and market segments
  • Collaborate with the paid advertising team to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI
Requirements
  • Proven experience with landing page creation tools including HubSpot, WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of website analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and ability to interpret data to drive improvements
  • Self-directed work style with excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong design sense and ability to create compelling user experiences
