Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Dining Manager, located in Metro Davao. The Senior Dining Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage dining staff, handle inventory control, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen team, managing financial budgets, and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dining management, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and inventory control
  • Skills in financial budgeting, cost management, and marketing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in F&B management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
