The CAO is the guardian of academic and life skills excellence across all Luova Education

Group entities. This leader ensures that education is biblically grounded, globally competitive,

and future-oriented by integrating strong academics with 21st-century skills and Christian

values. The CAO also serves as Head of School for an innovative online Christian school in

Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Academic Strategy & Excellence

● Define and implement the group's academic vision across homeschooling, online

schooling, and hybrid models.

● Ensure high academic standards, aligned with DepEd, ISO, and international

accreditation bodies.

● Champion a biblically integrated curriculum that balances academic rigor, values

formation, and life readiness.

  1. Curriculum & Program Development

● Oversee curriculum design, curation, and innovative new learning modalities and

methods

● Lead the creation and rollout of Life Skills Programs

  1. Faculty, Parent, & Student Development

● Lead teacher professional development and parent training programs, equipping

them to deliver high-quality learning and mentoring.

● Develop student leadership and personal growth programs aligned with mission and

vision.

  1. Leadership

● Serve as Head of School for an innovative online Christian school in Southeast Asia.

● Oversee faculty, student life, and academic performance.

● Lead innovation, blending cutting-edge technology with Christ-centered education.

  1. Accreditation & Compliance

● Maintain and expand accreditations across multiple geographies (Philippines, Middle

East, online).

● Implement quality assurance systems, academic audits, and performance monitoring.

  1. Thought Leadership & Influence

● Represent Luova in global Christian education and innovation forums.

● Publish insights and research that position the group as a leader in faith-driven,

AI-enabled, life-ready education.

Ideal Candidate Profile

● 10+ years in academic leadership (Principal, Head of School, Academic Director, Dean,

or equivalent).

● Deep expertise in curriculum design, pedagogy, and accreditation.

● Strong commitment to Christian worldview education.

● Demonstrated ability to develop life skills and 21st-century learning programs.

● Knowledge of AI-enabled, online, and blended education.

● Inspirational communicator with a track record of building trust among parents,

teachers, and students
