  • Research Leadership: Promote and conduct nursing research, translating findings into practice and contributing to the profession's body of knowledge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams across clinical, HR, finance, and quality management to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives.

What You'll Learn

  • How to lead large-scale nursing education initiatives in a complex healthcare environment.
  • How to build strategic partnerships that enhance institutional reputation and attract top talent.
  • How to translate research into practice and drive innovation in nursing care.
  • How to manage diverse stakeholders and align educational goals with clinical outcomes.

Who You Are

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with a valid PRC license.
  • Holds a master's or doctorate degree in Nursing Administration, Education, or a related health sciences field.
  • Has 5+ years of clinical or teaching experience in tertiary hospitals or nursing schools.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing progressive nursing education programs.
  • A strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about nursing excellence, education, and research.

What You'll Get

  • A leadership role in a nationally recognized healthcare institution.
  • Daily collaboration with senior executives and clinical leaders.
  • Opportunities to shape the future of nursing education and research.
  • A platform to influence healthcare outcomes through training and innovation.
  • A dynamic, mission-driven team culture that values excellence, collaboration, and impact.
