Role Summary

The Project Coordinator drives disciplined execution of CEO and COS priorities. The role combines project coordination and business analysis to ensure cross-functional initiatives are delivered with structure, accuracy and follow-through. Administrative tasks are minimal and only when needed to keep projects moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects such as systems re-engineering, organizational restructuring and leadership operating rhythm improvements.
  • ★ Consolidate automation and systems improvement requirements across teams and work with Thynker Tech Delivery and Development for implementation.
  • ★ Serve as coordinator and consolidator for systems re-engineering initiatives ensuring alignment between business needs and backend development.
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines and dashboards for visibility of progress and dependencies.
  • Follow up on deliverables, risks and decisions to ensure timely completion.
  • ★ Gather and organize business requirements, workflows and process maps for review and approval.
  • Prepare meeting notes, action logs and consolidated project updates for the COS and CEO.
  • Maintain accessible project documentation and repositories.
  • Coordinate cross-team inputs and alignments to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for leadership meetings and reviews.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis or operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools
  • ★ Familiarity with systems and process improvement methods is an advantage
