The Parking Specialist is responsible for managing, monitoring, and coordinating parking operations to ensure smooth traffic flow, optimal space utilization, and excellent customer service. This role involves enforcing parking policies, overseeing payment systems, and maintaining the safety, order, and cleanliness of parking areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily parking operations to ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Enforce parking rules and regulations in accordance with company or local policies.
  • Assist drivers in finding available parking spaces and provide directions when necessary.
  • Operate and maintain parking equipment such as ticket dispensers, barriers, and payment kiosks.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and payment-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare daily and monthly parking activity and revenue reports.
  • Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure safety and cleanliness of parking areas.
  • Support traffic flow management during peak hours or special events.
  • Conduct inspections and report any damages, malfunctions, or violations within the parking facility.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance parking efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or college level in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field (preferred).
  • Atleast 2 years experience in parking operations, traffic management, or facility coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of parking systems, ticketing, and payment operations.
  • Customer-service oriented with the ability to handle inquiries and conflicts professionally.
  • Physically fit and able to work on-site for extended periods.
  • Willing to work in San Juan, Greenhills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php50,000.00 per month
