*Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient production.
  • Monitor production schedules, output, and resources to meet operational targets.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
  • Identify process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.

Team Supervision

  • Lead, train, and supervise plant operators, technicians, and workers.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Promote teamwork, safety, and accountability among staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure production meets quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Enforce compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain ISO, GMP, or other regulatory requirements.
  • Report and resolve quality issues or operational discrepancies.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance, efficiency, and incidents.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance, QA/QC, Purchasing, Warehouse, HR) to support smooth operations.
  • Assist the Plant Manager in planning budgets, manpower, and resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and production management systems.
  • 2 years experience in supervisory level.
