RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
  • Participate in regular tax audits reports
  • Prepare budgeting reports and forecasts revenues
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing

Monitor the daily performance of the Accounting Department

  • Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records
  • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
  • Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's target
  • Ensure compliance with the law

QUALIFICAITONS:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Finance or any related course
  • Proven at least 1 year work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
  • Experience with Accounting Software (SAP, Quick books)
  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
  • Solid knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
  • Knowledgeable with full cycle of accounting
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage large amount of data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php29,000.00 per month
