Position Summary

We are seeking an efficient, flexible BOM and Data Management specialist responsible for creating and updating Bills of Material (BOMs), engineering documents, and process documentation according to the company's Document Management Systems and Product Lifecycle processes. This individual should have experience in process improvement management and audits. Responsibilities Manage BOM data, drawings, processes, and procedures.

Perform BOM comparisons as required. Contribute to developing the capabilities of the Global Configuration Management Teams. Assist in aligning SAP S4 Hana and Configuration Management strategies.

Support and drive transition activities within the Configuration Management Team to SAP S4 Hana. Manage a Process Improvement program focused on Configuration Management. Conduct periodic audits of the Configuration Management Group.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the BOM and Data Configuration Management Manager. Qualifications College Degree preferred. Qualified Lead Auditor (not essential).

Skills Strong understanding of Configuration Management within engineering and manufacturing environments. Knowledge of BOM structures and change management/version control. Familiarity with ERP tools in engineering and production contexts.

Ability to review Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) ensuring key information is captured. Experience with Process Improvement strategies. Proficiency in Excel for data comparison and analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). Leadership skills. Basic understanding of engineering and factory processes.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Good decision-making skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Experience 3-5 years of experience in a related or equivalent position. Location Based in the Philippines with potential travel to R&D and Factory sites (approximately once per year).

Initially home-based until the facility is established in Metro Manila (expected Ortigas, Metro Manila area).
